Elemind sits in the consumer sleep neurotechnology segment, where EEG is used as an input for active sleep intervention. Its positioning is differentiated by closed-loop acoustic stimulation, placing it between consumer sleep wearables and more technically involved neurofeedback systems.
Elemind, developer of an EEG sleep headband that uses brain-timed audio stimulation, was acquired by an undisclosed buyer. Founder Meredith Perry and her team will join the acquirer.
