These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Neurofounders (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) About Neurofounders
The Site is operated by DMB Productions (“Neurofounders”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Editorial content and no professional advice
All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Neurofounders publishes journalism, commentary, and educational material about neurotechnology.

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, legal advice, investment advice, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information from the Site.

3) Accuracy and corrections
We strive for accuracy, but neurotechnology is a fast-moving field and information can change. We do not guarantee that any content is complete, current, or error-free.

You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish substantial portions of the Site without prior written permission
Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

5) User submissions

Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

If you want a submission treated as confidential, clearly state that in your message. We cannot guarantee confidentiality for information sent through the Site.

Editorial decisions for independent reporting are made by Neurofounders. Third parties do not control our editorial coverage.

12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Amsterdam will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
