One Mind Accelerator is a nonprofit-backed, 10-week intensive accelerator program based in Menlo Park. Founded in 2023 as an initiative of One Mind, a mental health research nonprofit, it supports pre-seed to Series A companies addressing mental illness diagnosis, treatment, management, and prevention.

The program provides grant funding (~$300K for qualifying companies), access to 300+ mentors, introductions to payers, providers, and investors, and a venture arm (Catalyst Fund) that can follow on post-graduation. Its portfolio has raised nearly $1 billion since launch.

Notable neurotech-relevant portfolio companies include Motif Neurotech (bioelectronic implants for mental health), Sanmai Technologies (non-invasive ultrasound neurotherapeutics), Neuroblox (computational neuroscience platform), and Mindstate Design Labs (precision psychiatric therapeutics). The program has a less than 5% acceptance rate and covers the full spectrum of mental health innovation from serious mental illness to subclinical challenges.
